Calma.travel makes it possible to search and book accommodation through the infrastructure of Nuitée Connect. When you make a booking, the data needed to complete and manage it is shared with Nuitée Connect, the travel provider and, where applicable, the property you selected.

Accommodation payments are processed securely through Nuitée Connect. Confirmation, availability, cancellation policies, refunds, changes and the specific conditions of each stay are governed by the information shown during the booking process and by the applicable conditions of Nuitée Connect and of the property.

Before confirming, check the traveler details, the dates, the total price and the cancellation policy of your fare carefully. Cancellation, change and refund requests are subject to the specific conditions of the booking.

Calma helps you find your way and follows up on your booking. For certain booking, payment, cancellation or stay issues, we may pass your request to Nuitée Connect or to the relevant provider to handle.

You can write to us from /en/help. For anything urgent during your stay, have your booking reference to hand.

The editorial content, text and images on calma.travel belong to Calma or to its licensors. Commercial use without prior authorization is not permitted. Information about properties, rates and availability is shown as the providers communicate it; it may change up until confirmation.

Prices shown include applicable taxes where indicated. If the price or availability changes before payment is completed, we will show it clearly and will need your explicit confirmation before continuing.
